I do not believe that is true or something anyone could know at this point. With the dissatifaction the Iranian people have with the current regime I believe they may take care of this themselves. The current actions of the Iranian government and it's minions is a great threat to peace but it may work out fine if the people of Iran become disgusted enough to act.

The American government is playing a dangerous game. I can just about accept the war in Iraq - Saddam Hussain was a terrible leader, though the chaos caused by the war has made the country far worse. But Iran is country that is showing no signs of going against America. We should just let them get on with it themselves. Iran has much stronger armed forces than Iraq. If the American government decide to go ahead, I feel sorry for the soldiers that have to pay the price as a result of the government's mistake. I would happily support Iran if America declares war. I'm not asian. I'm not coloured. I'm not racist. I'm not extremist. I'm just completely against a government that tries to bully other countries into doing what it wants. That's just wrong. You don't see other countries going around doing that. I just feel it would be a repeat of the Vietnamese war if America tried anything with Iran. They're skating on very thin ice.

Perhaps it is time for the 'leaders' to lead by example. "Here's your weapon George...lead on! And make sure your daughters are there too".
