You can't beat the songs of the BeeGees for dancing..all ages can boogie! Your theme could be the best/worst/biggest/silliest/etc. hairstyles. With each doing the other's hair....

Because most kids that are my style and my age [Scene, 11] loves COLORS and those ribbon headband thingyss. Themes: 80's, colorss I hope i helped!!

Any theme like the 50s or the 80s is fun. You can play the dance songs of the time, along with wearing the fashion. I've been to several costume parties like that and it's always fun. :D
