  • Not too sure to be honest. Could be a virus. Or it could be a registry problem. [HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionPolicies System] and [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionPolicies System] are the keys and you need to look for a value of 1 next to a word of disabletskmgr or something like that - but I would not recommend editing the registry unless you really know what you are doing! Really! Really Really!! And if you DIDN'T do this by editing the registry then candidate #1 is a virus, sorry :)
