I do try, sort of, but with only 160 characters its not easy so it sometimes needs cuting down abit :-)

I don't use perfect grammar, and rarely I'll shorten words into things like "u." But I use much better grammar and spelling than most people do, and I hardly ever substitute numbers for words.

I rather send many messages then try to chop it down to 1 though I can read that language fairly well. I just have no desire to learn how to type it. It takes me 5x longer to type that way then using proper grammar and spelling.

I like expressing myself linguistically, and when I text, sometimes acronyms just don't measure up.
