Well, the origin is the Bible. In the New Testament Christ is called the Son of God. Is that what you were looking for?

I do not know for sure, but I do know that the Bible calls Christ 'God' in John 1:1-14 and the Son(as well as God) in Hebrews 1:8. Thus, God the Son. -In the Master's service. Thank you and God bless you!

The bible claimed him to be so,though he had never quoted that himself.Since language has changed so much since then the bible is probably something hard to interpret.

The term "God the Son" is note Scriptural. it was created at the Nicea Council in 325 AD. It was created by men to substantiate their false doctrine of a trinity. Also there is no place that the Holy Spirit is called "God the Holy Spirit."

Actually the trinity was never exist it came after Jesus raised to the heaven and it's totally false. how come the fundamental and the core faith in the christianity is not mentioned even one time in the bible!!!
