Where any of you under 18 when you got married, and if so, are you still under 18? Was there fraud, duress, or force involved in the decision to get married? Were one of you already married at the time of this marriage? Is your spouse also your parent, sibling, cousin, etc.? If the answer to all of these questions is no, then you cannot get an annulment. If the answer is yes to any one of them, then you might be able to get an annulment, but more info may be needed to determine that.

I know for a fact that your response is not correct. I know for a fact that discovering an inability to have sexual relations upon getting married is grounds for annulment. Usually, however, in such cases an annulment should be sought right away. What I would like to know is whether or not my wife's continued promises of changing, but seemingly having no intention to, would make it fall under the category of false pretenses.
