In jail, especially if the tattooist hasn't got the right equipment or it's in bad nick.

Anywhere where the tatto gun has to repeated go over bones (spine, shoulder blade, feet, ankles, hands, etc.). The best place & least painful place to get one is on yoru arms or legs because the skin is very thick on those areas & it's not so bad. I have one on my shoulder blade that took an hour & a HUGE one on my back that took 1 1/2 hrs. After awhile the vibration from the gun will numb your skin, but it still hurts like hell.

I just heard on the radio yesterday a few places and bad tattoos. The one that toped them all in my mind was a barber shop red/white striped @$#%! they just said that guys wife was a little surprised. Oh but there were some other nasty ones that I would think a needle there could hurt a lot.

truthfully, tops of feet hurt, so does hips and ribs because there isn't a lot of meat between the skin and bone in those places.

My husband says "head of the penis, elbows, middle/upper stomach, collar bone (if it's a lot)..." he has one in all of these places except the first, but his friend had that done and said it hurt worse than any others. Elbows suck cause the skin is so thick/rough, he's had to have it re-done 3 or 4 times. I have a lot too, and my worst was my inner wrist b/c it was shading, and the healing took longer than most, it swelled a lot more than others too. Alos hurts (healing) inside of your arm almost to your armpit, such sensitive skin.

I've been told that any area that is directly on the bone is the most painful. Then there are the common sense answers, like your eye ball. I'm sure you wouldn't do that though.

Well for me it had to be my back,i wouldnt say it was painful just a bit uncomfortable in places. I have quite a few tattooes so i guess im used to them,the eye brow piercing was worse

on your eyelids. :-) got my eyeliner tattooed...didn't feel too pretty.

on me.. the most painful was the feet, but it wasnt that bad, it all depends on your pain tollerance. I have one on my ankle, 2 on my shoulderblades, butt cheek, 2 on the tops of my feet, one on my upper arm.

The one on top of my foot hurt the most. I'd get the one on my ankle ten times over before I'd ever get one put on my foot again.

hip id say. because they usually tattoo your hip lay down. and my hip bones really pretrude. so yeah. i could feel its rattling! very sore. soon as hed finished i was ready to book another sesh though, iv got plenty more to go. im havin a massiv peice up my side. it started low, follows my hip bone round and its going up the side of my ribs onto my boobs. OUCHY BABY!!!!

I'd assume that it'd be the genitalia, on account of the numbers of nerves, but I wouldn't know myself. My most painful tattoo was on my back, but then again I only have tattoos on my ankle, my left arm, and my back.

Any part where there is bone prominent. Fingers, toes, head, etc. I went to college with a girl who had a tattoo of a daisy on her big toe. The stem started near her ankle and went from the top of her foot all the way to the base of her big toenail. I asked her if it hurt and she said it hurt like hell, especially on the big toe.

your genitalia, around your anus (yes people get tats there) and the sternum. I've heard some the fingers, wrists and feet/toes but I have a wrist piece and it never hurt that bad

i think everybody is different.my shins and knee caps were a cake walk.i fell asleep twice,the back of my knees hurt like all hell.i use type of meditation to deal with extremely painfull areas.

i have a tattoo on the top of each foot and i have to say they hurt like hell at first and i have 2 on my lower back that was not 1/2 as bad as the foot soo.... and i think it would hurt for a guy to get his weener done ouch!
