If you haven't eatten all day, you need to eat or your hunger will keep you up all night. That's what happens to me.

If your willing to drive to a fast food place, than why not go to a grocery store instead and grab something to fix to eat? That way you know its healthy.

Trust me, the stress of not eating for that long is probably more likely to make you put on weight than a moderate amount of fast food. Go and claim your dinner. Going to bed hungry is almost never a good thing.

bcg- Skip the fast food..useless stuff... how about some raw fruit, vegetables, cheese or yogurt?
