Depends upon what is going to be placed inside that roll..sometimes I use 'em for a quick, small sandwich and I might use mustard or mayo or butter...if I am just using it as the "bread" for a meal, I'd generously slather it with butter..I use Smart Balance a lot...but one needs to indulge in the "good stuff" on occasion! :)
