Have you done a Treasure Hunt? I want to do one for the kids, how could i do it with out being to expencive. Ages are 7,7,4.

Go to the 99cent store and buy everything you need there. They have lots of toys and games, puzzels and books. that your children and their friends will lika a lot. I guess by their ages that 2 of them are twins.

Well a Treasure hunt usually ends where X marks the spot. You should be able to get away with only needing items at the goal. I would make puzzles and rhymes on paper that lead to the next location. That's the fun part of it. Figuring out what comes next. There doesn't have to be a prize at every location.
