i have learned that no matter how hard things are and no matter how much you think you cant carry on, theres always hope and a way out. when you hit the bottom theres only one way to go and thats back up and i really believe that. i learned this when i was going through a really difficult time and i am here now to prove that life does carry on even when its tough.
