  I had know this man 38 years ago, I thought of he and the people we knew throughout the years. We lived in the same state but not the city. I decided to look him up again on Facebook and this time I went inside his page to see if this was him , I sent him a message of familiarity, pertaining to things only he would know if this was the correct person. It was him and he was so very happy to hear from me,told me I always had and still have a special place in his heart, the feelings that he had for me over the years, dreams he had and I had similar dreams as well, mine did not include him only the words from the spirit.   I have a trip to Paris planned with my parents, girlfriend and her daughter (9yo). Recently we found out that my father has prostate cancer and will need to undergo radiation treatment. He wont be able to come. Should the rest of us still go? My father has my brother and sister who will be able to support him while we are gone. I am going to feel bad if we go without him but also if we don't go at all. My girlfriend, her daughter, and my mother are really looking forward to the trip and still want to go. Should we not go? My sister is giving my mom a hard time about it. The trip is in a month. Thoughts?

  So, an awesome woman and I have had this relationship/ friendship thing going on for about three years now. Its been wonderful, but rather confusing. At first, we had bad timing around one another (as far as trying to date goes) as time went on, we found that we shared many tender moments. Everything we had done together was non sexual and rather blissful. Almost picturesque romance style. Unfortunately, she hit some bad times and things got hectic for us both.   What do I do when my ex girlfriend doesn't want a relationship anymore because she wants me to focus on my studies, but she wants to focus on her studies too. And she currently doesn't want anything that does with me being in love with her. So what do I do??Oh she also said it will be fine even though i wouldn't love her anymore.
