    Good question and no real answer..if you are an avid fan/reader of quantum physics literature, you find there is a space/time continuum..a 4th dimension as it were..depending upon how knowledgeable you are about physics, possibilities, probabilities...you either delve deeply into the subject and end up drowning in different physicist's theories, or you ignore the whole thing! :)
