Do believe it is right to restrite your childs dating age provided that they know and understand the proper dating rules?

As a mom I do restrict my chidrens dating age. They are not allowed to date until they are 16, they are allowed to go on group outing/dates at the age of 15. My older children know my dating rules and respect them but, they still are not going out on a date until they are 16 cause that is one of the rules.
