I am trying to develop a new website. The public site is a sales site (probably iJoomla). Senior registered people are submitting material to sell through an upload system and I need to keep track of their sales. Any ideas or components that I don't know?

Best open source CRM (customer relation management) I've worked with is SugarCRM (the Open Source version, not the commercial version). Real great sales/lead management tool. Read about it at http://www.sugarcrm.com/crm/sugarcrm-makes-sweet-open-source-crm-applications.html AND...best of all, they have written a plugin for it for Joomla, which can be read about and downloaded at: http://www.sugarforge.org/projects/sugar-joomla This allows joomla users to create and manage their Sugar cases from within joomla. This is the sweetest thing that has come along for a long time...and SugarCRM (Open Source) is a very robust, feature-rich CRM. You have to be pretty handy with PHP/smarty templates/soap/JSON...but only if you want to do any heavy duty mods...

Hi ickinglis The best option is to install the Virtuemart E commerce version of Joomla which will give you the best option. But if tou would like to make a sort of Ebay site the best for me is to use the Marketplace component which can be downloaded FOC. Have fun with your projects.
