I made my own wine using grape juice concentrate, yeast, sugar and water. the recipe says to let it sit two weeks but i'm having a party and need it sooner. it has only fermented for one week. what difference will it make? will it still get you drunk?

I don't think it will pack the punch you are looking for. If there is still active yeast (is it still foaming?) you will likely give your guests a really bad day of sitting on the toilet. (I used to brew beer)

It won't make people sick. If it fermented, there's alcohol in it, and drink enough and you will get drunk. Most grape juice concentrate wines are made to be consumed pretty quickly.

k well the wine was drank(drunk?) and no one got sick and people got intoxicated so it's all good.

I make wine out of Juicy Juice, sugar, and yeast and get drunk regulary.

it might taste vile - if you bottle it before it has finished fermenting it will taste a little yeasty still... next time start making it a little earlier
