physically about a month ago, I picked up a wooden beam the wrong way and hurt my back. Heartbroken was last week I got stood up on a date. I wasn't really heart broken but a hurt by rejection.

I was skydiving from space when Richard Simmons(Yes Sakhalinski, RICHARD SIMMONS)showed up and did something which made me faint. I forgot to open the parachute. You can imagine the rest.

If you mean physically, I broke my little toe about 5 years ago. If you mean my feelings, then about a month ago. It was not anyone in my close circle, though, so the hurt didn't last very long. It was more a disappointment in someone then being really hurt. :)

Physically - I split a fingertip open today at work. Emotionally, I don't want to think about it.

I haven't been really injured in a WHILE, but I have been scratched and cut up a bit at work, though I am not sure if that counts. I also trusted my heart to a girl who wasn't really into it, and it needed mending, but I am GREAT now!

physically... about three hours ago... i got the crap kicked out of me coming home from work. emotionally... I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer
