Retro, I think you do an awsome job with the way you make each congratulation so personal. You are a great lady for taking so much of your time to make them special.

Retroglide has raised the bar so far that it will take years for anybody else to jump over! :) To me it seems each one of these is a labor of love, a craft involving care and attention. How much more could we ask of someone, but to contribute their talent and effort to the community? If her work doesn't qualify as "superlative", I don't know what does.
