  • Well you could call sexual harrassment, and sue the company and that co-worker. That seems a little extreme though. You could also get labeled a narc and become slightly outcast in your office if the woman is well liked. Perhaps you could talk to her first about it, and if that doesn't work, talk to your boss. You could always just take it as an ego boost and allow it to continue lol. always feels good to be wanted and all.
  • Unless you intend to pursue a romantic path with your co-worker (always a tricky road), you might be best off drawing a line in the sand. Let her know you are not interested in a relationship and this kind of behavior in the office is both unnacceptable and makes you feel uncomfortable. You can be polite when saying it. Most women will get the message and move on without being permanently damaged. If she persists and you don't like the attention, you should mention it to your supervisor so he or she can take appropriate measures.
  • Be thankful..Go for it before her medication wears off....
  • Funny how when it's a guy grabbing a woman it's sexual harassment, but when it's the other way around, he's just supposed to grin and bear it. Double standard much?
  • This is a serious situation. You need to tell that employee to keep hands to themselves. Have you told her/him anything? They may think you are welcoming it. Tell them you don't get involve with coworkers and if it doesn't stop you will report it to supervisor. If you don't want to face employee, then report it immediately to your supervisor, who in turn, will still take to that person. This is sexual harassment and the employer should not allow it. Suggest training or meeting with all employees and supv. addressing sexual harassment and touching making it worse.
