I walk or ride a bike at least twice a week.

Yes, four to five days a week I walk about 35 to 40 minutes. Another 1-2 days a week I exercise 20 to 30 minutes -- lifting weights and other exercises.

about 3-4 times a week i do my fitness dvd which is a cross between aerobics and pilates, also for 5-6 days a week i walk for about 30mins, and im a pretty fast walker. i used to just walk but ive decided i should make more of an effort to tone up, so i fl abit better with myself when i look in the mirror :)

I go to the gym about 4 times a week, try and get out on my bike a few time in a week (weather permitting) and I walk quite alot aswell. I also go out at the weekends and end up dancing all night aswell, albeit full of beer, but it's still excercise. If I don't do anything at all for about a week I start to feel really sluggish, I prefer to keep myself on my toes, so to speak.

i do 200 situps try and do 1000 crunches as much skipping as i can bout 80 push ups and 30 squats a day :D
