Yesterday I shocked myself on an electrical outlet. It is still hurting today. Is that normal?

It depends on the size of the shock. When I shocked myself with the ac output while at uni it hurt for a week or so, but when I did it with the toaster it stopped hurting after only 2 hours. If in doubt go to hospital to find out!
