Should the Chicago Bears bench Rex Grossman and save their season by going with a real QB?

Nfl.com says they have decided to bench him. Personally, I am of the opinion that 3 games isn't long enough to judge somebody (yes, I know he struggled last season too at times, though the Bears did pretty well anyway), so if they made the decision over the off-season that he was the man to lead them back to the Superbowl then I think they should trust in that decision for a little longer. When a guy goes into every game with his job on the line, it is nigh on impossible for him to perform, so for me when they named him starting QB pre-season, that should guarantee him up until week 8 or so. If he doesn't perform, then you made the wrong decision, but at least he gets to relax a little and feel like the organisation has belief in him and his performances would probably reflect that.
