Would you want House to be your doctor? Or would his standoff ish, tell it how it is attitude bug you too much so he's only fun to watch?

I don't like doctors much. I don't like the fact that they pretend to now what's wrong and coddle you and have this nice nice bedside manner, where I just what to know what's wrong and get the heck out of there as soon as I can. I would expect him to get it right and not come stay by my bed, just tell me what's wrong, do something and release me. End of story. All I want from a doctor is a correct diagnosis. I might even want to 'cure' myself, if I can sneak out once I know what it is.

Fine with me..I really only want a doctor who can cure me...But luckily I have a good doctor who is also a friend.

Yep! I would appreciate his honesty, and when he gets snippy I can verbally spar with him till his head spins. :)

I would. Who wants a normal sugar-coated explanation you cannot make heads or tails of? Also, for example, with the woman with Muchausens, he fought and fought to diagnose and treat her properly while everyone else just wanted to let her go. He may be brunt, brutally honest and sarcastic, but he is forthright, intelligent and dedicated to treating things properly. I would like a doctor like that. I hate it when you are sick and they just don't listen.... I hate it when they skirt around the truth and sugar coat everything. So, would I like House as my doctor.... certainly!

Yes, I would. He knows his stuff and is good at figuring out what is wrong with you. I like his direct manner as well.

Well his bedside manner really sucks, but he would probably be able to save my life cause he is brilliant. So I would have to say yes.

if House become the real doctor, definitely I want him to be my doctor as well as family doctor.
