    If you are talking "inner beauty" then my answer is "yes", for the most part.One exception though.. There was a wonderful woman years ago named Barbara Jordan..I think she was from Texas..she was the most mesmerizing, impassioned and dedicated politician I ever saw/heard..I believe she died of cancer or something. If you are speaking about "superificial/outer"..then no..many of them have "gone under the knife"..many more are paraded around for their packaging..trophy this, trophy that..token this..token that. :(
