Red Bull is full of empty calories, which means its just pure sugar, Your body will become depended on it. There is nothing in Red Bull to give you vitamins or minreals. Basically your intaking alot of sugar for no reason and doing pressre on your heart and body Red Bull also makes you age much quicker

There is a very high level of Nician in redbull which is good for your nails and hair. I would not drink more than two of the regular (smaller) cans a day though. It is really not good for you, and your will become dependant on it to be active.

Actually red bull does contain vitamins. It is effectively a B Complex Vitamin Drink fortified with Taurine. The elements in red bull that make it not safe for large consumption is the caffeine. The B Vitamins are basically excreted through urine (hence the bright yellow/green) colour.

You should drink a maximum of two cans of Red Bull a day. More than that, and you could die due to cardiac arrest, brain aneurysm... All sorts of stuff becomes possible due to the caffeine, niacin, taurine, all this stuff in your body that's just not good in high amounts. Also, it doesn't make you smarter. If anything, too much can cause brain damage. Stronger, no. There's a slight possibility that whatever you're doing after drinking the red bull could cause an adrenaline rush, but that isn't due to the drink itself. Some people have said that the niacin and taurine may contribute to the immune system, but this hasn't been proven, and would be minimal at best. Remember, Red Bull is an energy drink, not a miracle tonic from the heavens.
