  • I thought it was very well done and an enjoyable end to the series.
  • I was relieved the epilogue was included, and it fit nicely into what we know of the characters and their histories.
  • I loved it. I'm glad I got to find out what happened to the characters. It was a well written epilogue and a good approach.
  • Loved it! Everyone in my family were like 'groan' but I really thought it finished the series nicely.
  • I didn't really like the Epilogue. I would've been satisfied with the ending after the battle at hogwarts. But it was necessary, to refute any questions as to whether anything else would come of the Harry Potter series. Anyway, it was a fun ride, that's all that matters. The ending was good enough.
  • I thought that JKR should have just killed him and left him dead. Then again, I am terribly insensitive to the idealism of the millions of children who love the series =P
  • i loved the first 5 books, 6 was a little less awsome but still great, and 7 felt like she knew she had made her money and just wanted to shut us up. it was good by any standard but i dont think it lived up to her first 5, then the final battle!!! we spent countless pages getting caught up in how powerful and skilled voldermort is...then he accidently dies from his own spell after only 1 exchange. then harry marries ginny? WTF? i enjoyed the ride but the ending was forced and did not develope off the other books as well as her prior work. however, i was thrilled she did finish rather then leave us hanging like so many amine books and shows.
