Should we take legal action against some one who's commited terrorist acts? For example, threatened humanity with plagues, natural disasters, famine, war, holocoust, and mass murder if we don't abide by their rules and do as they say.

You may have trouble finding a lawer in heaven to sue God, I think they all went the other way :-)

Someone has already sued God in the court system, and he got struck down by lightening.

One cannot sue an imaginary being. One can however sue the churches and organisations that abuse, manipulate and propogandize in it's name.
