I think I asked a question. Of course I don't remember what I had for breakfast 5 minutes ago, let alone what I did almost a year ago.

Questions were the things that got me here in the first place. I thought AB was a techy site but soon realized that it is much, much more than that.

I asked a question now and then and waited for answers. I joined long before I got really active, which was in April of this year. I discovered to my delight that this site was not limited to cut-and-dried questions with "one right answer". That's when I got more involved and now I would say that being on AB along with being in the kitchen cooking are my two favorite "pastimes"! :)

Interesting question! You just helped me remember how I got here in the first place :) I was doing a copywriting project and needed a name for a new African eNewsletter. I was having writer's block, so I Googled it for inspiration and ended up at this question - http://www.answerbag.com/a_view/1819254 Which I then answered :) And just like that I was hooked!

I first read an answer to a question I had looked up on Google. And then I started looking around and gave my experience to a question on dieting. I answered a few and then I had a question. One thing led to another and now I'm here since April:-)
