Is it possible for a Boeing 747 to stay in flight for more than a week considering the fact that it is being refueled by a tanker?

If there were no passages then maybe - You would need food, water and disposal of sewage besides fuel.

To the best of my knowledge, the only 747's that are capable of in-flight refueling are the ones operated by the U.S. Air Force for the use of the President of the United States. These aircraft are designated VC-25 by the Air Force. http://www.af.mil/factsheets/factsheet.asp?fsID=131
