    Should tell you in the owners manual,But the manual for my 86' says the code should be on the computer module on the inside right hand cowl trim panel, lower left hand of the owner warranty card,and on the owners wallet card and taped underside of the deck lid, Mine is actually on the passenger side trunk hinge. I hope they are the same. And have never yet seen an owner warrenty card or a wallet card.But I'm sure they exist.
