How do I type in cheat codes for Gameboy Advance (Pokemon Sapphire) into my Gameboy?

You need a GameShark to enter codes on to the gameboy.

You can also use an Action Replay, they are much nicer, they come with a USB cord so you don't have to spend hours typing in codes into a gameshark, you can just have them automatically entered on the computer. They cost about $35 for the new one.

hes right, you need a game shark or a action replay, action replay deal alot more with a computer but gamesharks are much more portable and handy i think. you have to plug them up into the gba and then the game into the gameshark and it will act as if a computer would and you can manage games and codes on it

try looking at a action replay for the GBA, it works with some occasional minor problems(glitchy if to many codes used). Overall, i wouldnt use it on any games that you hae gotten very far in, or anything that you definatly wouldnt want the chance of losing.
