Same thing happens to my other computer..I think it has something to do with the motherboard. Im not totally sure. Maybe its the drives..I've been messing around with the hard drives and dvd-rom drives.

There could be a number of things, but most likely it's either the motherboard or the power supply. Power supply testers are the cheapest of the potential diagnostic tools for such a problem, around here you can get a tester for $20. It would probably be worth, though, having a professional engineer look at it and quote for repairs. If you choose to do this, agree ONLY to pay for the diagnosis in advance. That way if they guess wrong, you can go back to them and get them to try again at their expense.
