Do one arm bandits all have their levers on the right hand side of the machine?

No. I just went to Vegas recently & I played on the machines & they were all electronic. The arm is now replaced by a button. The old machines were all on the right hand side though.

I work in a casino with 4400 slots. I have yet to see a slot machine with a handle on the left. And even though all of our games are electronic, we have the option to use the button or the 'handle' on the side that simply acts as an electronic switch. It's rare to find a casino anymore with real mechanical reels that aren't operated by a microprocessor.
