my dog was all hot and couldnt fall asleep so she kept jumping on and off the bed

Me, Myself, and I. I finally lay down to bed and try to unwind from the day of do this to that, and my brain keeps running through my day, week, month, year, life, etc, what I did, what I shouldn't have done and what I should be doing. I have a hard time shutting down at night and it SUCKS. Hopefully I'm not the only one with this problem.

Past stressful events that I kept thinking about. Some major event that was happening the next day I was nervious about. Dreading having to be at a specific place the next day.

Last night we mounted a nearly-200-lb plasma TV on the conference room wall at work. This office building has metal studs instead of wood, and while I was pretty confident in the job we did mounting it, I was still nervous that we'd come in this morning to find it on the floor damaged beyond hope. Fortunately, it's still on the wall!

Last night I found a huge crazy roach. I don't have pests in my apartment usually so this was a scary surprise. I chased it with bug killer and a fly swat... and it chased me back. Damn thing freaked the "F" out of me.
