i have no problem apologizing when i've done something wrong, but i do apologize too much when i've done nothing wrong.

If I am wrong I alway apologize. If I am not wrong I generally do not apologize unless there is a risk of losing a very good friend because they are too stubborn to do so.

I used to. Then I decided it was stupid and started saying "I'm not sorry! I'm HUMAN!!" So there.

No, I don't think it's possible unless you are annoying people and just falling all over yourself apologizing. But genuine apologies should be uttered. And I also cant' help being sympathetic with others and I AM trouble sorry about their plight or condition. I just think it shows feelings for others as that is where they come from inside me.

no, i actually try not too! i had this friend who was way too apologetic and it felt like that made the apology less real. when you overuse something its meaning changes. for me an apology isn't something you can simply throw around in all occasions. its something serious that should be heartfelt.
