  • A condom, pasted to our foreheads.
  • I never thought about that...I like it! Of course, those girls would probably be harassed by like 30 guys whenever she's at a bar.
  • There is a symbol...it's I'm not wearing a wedding or engagement ring. Those folks are taken so everyone is free game. If they have a s/o they will let you know quick. So why are you short-changing yourself? Look beyond what appears obvious to the more what is obvious.
  • I don't wear a wedding ring and neither does my wife. I like the fact that people have to talk to find out about each other. Communication is the key to a good relationship. Also, there's always a chance that if you're really nice to a person who happens to be married they may introduce you to someone who isn't, and no matter what you can gain a friend.
  • There used to be a small trend where people in bars were wearing a yellow ring or something like (I can't totally remember) that on their right pinky finger. It meant they were single. The trend didn't last long, not too many people picked up it. I agree with the other answer posted. If they don't have a wedding band/engagememnt ring they are fair game and will tell you quickly if that's not the case. People in bars who are in a relationship and not looking for somebody quite often give off the "leave me alone vibe" (no eye contact, not smiling at random people) just keep your eyes open. you'll be able to figure it out...
  • For people who wear Claddagh rings (like me), the way the ring is worn symbolizes someone's availability, or lack thereof, if worn correctly. - Right ring-finger, heart pointing away from body: Symbolizes someone is single. - Right ring-finger, heart pointing towards body: Symbolizes someone is in a relationship. - Left ring-finger, heart pointing away from body: Symbolizes someone is engaged. - Left ring-finger, heart pointing towards body: Symbolizes someone is married. I was kind of surprised how well it worked recently. I was visiting my ex, who I remain good friends with. As we were getting into the car, she said "So, you have a new girlfriend?" I was kind of shocked and asked her how she knew, and she said "Duh, you turned your ring around." I had totally forgotten about that.
  • A condom stapled to their forehead. :o)
  • I've gone to a party before where the single people had to wear a red bracelet. It was funny how little attention was paid to the girls that weren't wearing the bracelet.
  • A tiny target on their foreheads.
  • Yeah there is already one. Just go up to girls and ask flat out. If they are single great, and if they aren't they might go with you anyway if your game is tight enough. Women, like men, are always looking to upgrade their situation.
  • well, i heard that in islander cultures women wear a flower behind their ear to signal if they are single or taken (i forget which ear means wot! lolz). but i think someone should make one of those rubber braclets (like the yellow livestrong ones) for singles, dat would be hot, like in a fire engine red or sumthin =)
  • Why not say it with T-shirts?
