Try soaking in bleach and water (1 bleach : 3 water) for an hour, followed by soaking in dish soap and water for another hour (to remove the bleach smell/taste).

Easy off fume free Oven cleaner.. Let set for a couple of hours and it should wipe right off. Be sure to wash and rinse thoroughly though before using.
