Obviously you cannot have jobs and no environment. You can have the environment with no jobs, the earth was void of Doctors , Laywers and checkout chicks for billions of years. So, going on point one the environment must be the bigger priority... if you want to have both.

May be you have not heard about jobs called environmental engineers. Both the options are satisfied in that career.

Your question makes it sound like jobs and the environment are mutually exclusive, which they are not. Eco-tourism is one way to create jobs with minimal environmental impact. Even in situations where the creation of jobs necessarily affects the environment, mining for example, there are ways to do those activities while minimizing the impact on the environment. More environmentally friendly methods can even create more jobs because more workers are needed if those methods are more complex. Those options, however, are frequently discarded for the same reason jobs are outsourced to other countries -- the corporation gets fewer profits.
