The Pope. His "significance in the world" scale is much higher than Clinton's, ahahah.
-
Bill Clinton, hands down. Clinton is smarter than the pope, more broadly read than the pope, and has a more interesting past than the pope. And you don't have to edit yourself when you talk to Bill Clinton. His comments & advice would be more relevant to my life, as well.
-
Klinton. At least he admits he's dirty!
-
Since I've already met Bill and Hilary Clinton, I would meet the Pope.
-
The Pope. I am Catholic, so it is one of those things. And, I think he has great taste in shoes. Besides, what an amazing experience to meet someone with such stature.
-
Bill Clinton. I think he would be fun to just sit down with and drink a beer , and B.S. with.
-
I think Clinton would be fun. We could sit around and eat some greasy Southern food in Harlem and make jokes about Linda Tripp and how her plastic surgery didn't help her at all.
-
I'd like to meet the pope. Bill Clinton has such an annoying grin.
-
Bill for fun, intellectual conversation and lots of political stories. If I met the Pope, I would have too many arguments with him and never enjoy myself. I have little respect for Pope Ratzinger.
-
The Pope. Because Pope on a rope sounds better than Clinton on a rope.
-
Bill Clinton...definitely not the pope--I prefer not to say why.
-
The Pope, but I wish it was still John Paul ll. I desperately wanted to meet him I think he would have been a wonderful person with whom to talk.
-
I would site with Clinton because if it was the Pope, I'd kick him right in the holy nuts.
-
definitely bill clinton. i wouldn't be able to have a decent conversation with the current pope since he is too much of a conservative traditionalist for my taste.
-
Bill Clinton, I'd have absolutely nothing to say to the Pope.
-
Clinton, he has interesting views and a lot of experience. Plus I have a nice Padron cigar waiting for a good use...
-
i came very close to meeting Bill Clinton a few months ago and i have admired him since his first presidential term , so if given the chance again to meet him , then i would say clinton and the same goes for his wife.
-
The Pope; Bill Clinton's an idiot who married America's most evil woman. Not interested...
-
Surely, it would BILL. I'd LOVE to know all the details of THAT story :)
-
Bill Clinton, no doubt. Bill would be a blast to talk with, have a beer or two with and see if I could get him to play the sax. :-) The pope does not interest me in the least.
-
Bill Clinton..I wouldn't know what to say to the Pope..I have zillions of questions for Bill Clinton. :)
-
The pope for sure. Even though I think CLinton was an awful President that wouldn't be the reason. As a catholic this is a loaded question for me. Meeting the pope would be a great thing for me.
-
Bill Clinton because I seem more connected to him than the Pope. I'm not catholic, so that could be the reason why.
-
Bill clinton - I would be a little too nervous around the Pontiff.
-
Neither..I don't find either one impressive. :)
-
I would choose The Pope because, well, I've never been to Italy......
-
Bill Clinton because we could play oval office together, ha.
-
Bill. I don't care about religion- I would have nothing in common with the pope, nor would I have any questions for him. Bill is more relevant to my life.
-
The Pope. I'd at least get a trip to Rome out of the deal. :)
-
Bill Clinton of course, he's a little more genuine than the pope.
-
They aren't the same person?
-
Bill would be much more fun. Can't flirt with the Pope. Can't party with the Pope. Think the Pope is ripping off Catholics...and Pope doesn't know any good jokes, either.
-
They're not the same person?
-
I would have loved to have met Pope John but since I can't I would still love to meet the new one (Benedict).
-
Bill... the Pope freaks me out...
-
I would like to meet the Pope and exchange some honest ideas. But of course I would prefer to meet John Paul II. It is not that I don´t like Benedict XVI, just that I was born under John Paul´s reign, and he seemed such a good person that I would like to meet him first.
-
I would prefer to meet the Pope so I could invite him to learn about, and join the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. The way his church is going, it might be a good move for him. He could learn a lot and hang out with some very enthusiastic Christians, and even marry the girl of his dreams, or, better yet, pick from a wide selection of wonderful Mormon women with whom to spend the remainder of his life in lawful matrimony. He'd have to straighten up a bit - no more wine, for starters, and he would have to tithe his earnings, and tea and coffee would be right out of the picture, but we could talk about that and work out a plan. He could probably make it, in the long run. Clinton? I've probably heard everything he has to say. After all, I was in the Marines for three years and road a Harley for a time, and that probably has already covered any conversation he might have for me, and then some. Pope, definitely.
-
Not much of a choice either way. I guess I would just pass on the whole thing.
-
Clinton, I have already met the Pope.
-
Bill, I want to know how the wet spot ended up on the blue dress? Messy messy.
-
The Pope...I am Catholic :)
-
clinton. He used to be my fav although I'm not from U.S. If I met pope he'd probably advice me something that I wouldn't like. :D
-
Well... I've always wondered why the Pope wears a Yamulka....
-
The Pope. If HE doesn't know what "is" is, he can check with the Man upstairs.
-
Bill CLinton, he would be so much more fun to hang out with for sure. What can I do with the Pope...Thats right, nothing.
-
Bill Clinton!
-
Neither,sorry.
-
Id def like to smoke a nice fattie with good ole billy boy. LOL I think Clinton would be fun.
-
The Pope, of course! A true man of God! Bill Clinton? Human like the rest of us, capable of sin, being a liar, and one on national television to help mock our nation--and set a bad example for our children. No, no interest in shaking his hand. I have higher moral expectations in which would want me to shake a public figure's hand.
-
I've met Bill Clinton twice over the years, ( very breifly on both occasions ), and I've never met the pope or any pope for that matter. Billy is smart as hell but arrogant and self involved to me - so I have no interest in seeing him again. Yet in all honesty I have no interest in ever seeing the pope either - perhaps even less then Clinton - I simply hate the purvayors of ignorance and intollerance like himself - and don't even wish to be in the same room with one of his kind. So - if given the chance to see either one of them I'll pass on both and stay home.
-
That now depends on who is the 'pope' of the day, as One now knows (living through two/three popes in Ones own lifetime) their PR machines & personalities differ enormously. The present pope seems terribly like 'do not disturb his excellence' type of person.
-
Clintn, not sure although I have no intrest to ever meet any pope.
