  • Everyone wants to ask and learn, some questions may not be suitable for younger members, thats what AB4ADULTS is for, but by 18 they know it all already, at least they think they do :-)
  • I'm 16 and i think i'm probably mature enough just to ignore inappropriate questions. if under 18's are only allowed to access certain questions you'll just get people lying about their ages. good question though.
  • I've wondered that myself. I understand the concept of a "free forum", however some questions and answers are simply not appropriate for minors to be reading. Maybe I'm being prudish but there really should be a "adult" section to Answerbag if those types of questions are to be allowed. That would be the responsible thing to do.
  • Hi misshell- There is no question on AB that my 16 y/o would be not allowed to access. Other parents may feel differently. Personally, I'm for parental oversight, not AB sanctions. PS Cool Avatar
  • To be honest I believe most children under the age of 18 know a lot more than adults do these days. I don't feel the questions or answers is the problem I think the problem goes to each childs parent in explaining these adult type of questions.
  • How would you enforce it?
