I often wonder when I see tattoos in odd places..Does that mean that the person who has for example one on their lower back is going to have to have to wear revealing clothing all year just to show it off?(Please I'm being sarcastic here).

What amazes me is the people who get tattoos inside or their lower lip. That is something I could never do.

I often put my foot in my mouth. There was a girl who had tattoos all over her because her boyfriend owned a tattoo shop. When they broke up, big mouth me said "But whose going to want you now?" not realizing that she thought she looked great

Not all tattoos are for public viewing, some people walking around on the street have multiple tats and you would never know it and that is the way they want it. My 1st tattoo didn't show unless I wanted it to show. Placement and size is a personal choice and part of that is made about whether you want to conceal them or not.

i have a tattoo on the outside of my thigh, containing a saying that is very important to me, just so i know its there :D its like wearing a crucifix if you're christian i guess.

sometime people want tattoos that mean something to them, not for showing off. and sometimes that particular design may look better on a certain part of the body as it flows with the shape of that persons body.
