If I like an answer, I rate it up the max points I can. Do you use the pop up window to decide how many points you are going to give?

Yes. I have my own scale (Imperfect as it may be) for rating.

Yes, I use the pop up window. Sometimes answers are good, but I think another one was better and make a distinction between them.
