I'm a level 13, so I can award three points. Or I could. Now for some reason, it's back to two. Anyone know why and how I can change this?

You can award different amounts to questions & answers. At level 53 I can award 6 points to answers and 5 to questions. Go figure.

Are you sure it's changed? It may be that there's a difference between the number of points you can award for question and asweres. i.e., I can award 5 for questions but 6 for answers. That may be what you're seeing.
