Ladies: Would you prefer a guy who's nice ALL THE TIME, or a guy who picks on you and teases you sometimes (Okay, a lot) in addition to being nice?

I would say a combination - a guy who is nice but teases you as well, only in a playful way definitely not to be nasty.

A teaser... It's no fun when they are just nice all the time... It's fun to joke around with each other... You end up getting closer and being more comfortable around each other... :o)

If it's jokingly that's fine. I do that to my boyfriend and he does that to me. But we're always careful not to hurt the other. Besides, it's fun to joke around. =) If he did it because he really wanted to piss me off or something, that's a LOT different. But assuming the person is doing that in addition to being nice, that is my choice.

Teasing is ok, but alot? No way. That's someone trying to say something and doesn't know how. Many a truth is said in jest.

some teasing is okay with me. I like a good laugh but just make sure you're not serious or try to hurt me. Being nice is really good, but sometimes it could be to nice. You do what you're told. You do things for others. Sometimes it's nice to get into a fight or be a little naughty!

My last BF teased me and picked on me. It didnt bother me...in fact, I kinda miss it. Someone who is overly nice all of the time is pretty boring.

Geez.............nice really does finish last. What if you're not a teaser type? Don't worry, you'll eventually piss off even the nicest guy so the niceness won't last that long. Then I'll go in the garage and start the Harley and rev it a few times.

I like exciting and unpredictable guys, and if the teasing is funny and not mean, then I'd take the second guy ANY DAY.

My bf and I pick on each other all the time. It would be SO boring if he was just nice all the time and never had a sense of humor. I suppose it's part of my sense of humor to "play fight".

I can't believe the roaring consensus here, I now see why I am in such trouble,, sorry I'm not the demographic this question aimed, but I felt it ecessary to comment. Nice guys = Boring, Obnoxious/immature = good, theres one for the old notebook. How far off am I?

It doesn't really matter. I could probably put up with either, as long as the second guy is actually nice deep down and really likes me.
