Depends on the lie. I might say the sky is hot pink to save my life, but not something that'd cause serious harm.

if it was a harmless lie I would probably do it but if it was something that would cause harm or something like denying my faith I would rather you killed me and hopefully very quickly so I don't feel the pain too much.
