I typically lead but in a more delegating and counseling way.

All of the above. - When needed I can lead, I will follow as long as I trust the leader. Other wise I step out of the way and watch those follow and the leader do some crazy things.

I tend to follow the leader closely. I am comfortable taking the responsibility for a group decision however I'm at my best when I get a chance to think things over. The most successful leaders can think on their feet, which is why I like to take a secondary position. I rarely get out of the way, I like to be in the thick of things. =)
