When the AB announced the CL's there was a bit of uneasiness for some ABers. How do you think the CL program has worked out so far?

I think it is working very well, so far. The CL's seem to be doing a very good job. The only gripe I have is that the current CL's are not spread out - globally - to cover all time-zone's. There have been more than one occasion when issues have been raised in the Blog, and there have been no staff or CL's available to lend a hand.

It hasn't affected me directly yet. Not that I know of.

There may be less troll traffic but I'm not sure. The trolls seem to come out before I wake up or after I go to bed. Sometimes I notice that there aren't any CLs around to take care of some things. It may be hard to find people equally around the world in all time zones. I never know if they PB anyone. I guess their activities are rather hidden from me so I don't know if it's made a difference or not.
