probably. Just incase.

This is highly illegal. If you know of a retail store that does this, you should report them to the local law enforcement agency. You cannot put hidden cameras in an area where privacy is expected such as restrooms, fitting rooms or locker rooms.
-
Bloomingdales' have them. I usually wave and smile.
-
no i dont think so. they would be in BIG trouble if they got caught.
-
I guarantee some do! There are so many perverts in the world. I always worry when I go into tanning beds that I am being filmed or photographed.
-
I know it's illegal in restrooms. Not sure it breaks the law in every state for changing rooms.
-
they all do!
-
yep. I didn't realize it was illegal.
-
Oh, I'm sure some of them do.
-
If they do, they better post it in the store someplace, telling you.
-
They may, but is a big liability for the store, itself. Individual store employees, who install cameras for a cheap thrill, are liable first, the store second. The real question here is...... Is it worth it, moneywise, to catch a person stealing a 15.00 dress, just to be sued for millions for invasion of privacy?
-
i think some of them do. and its creepy cuz as a 13 yar old girl i try on bras and stuff and somethimes i have to show my bear parts and i fell like there could be camera and its horrible
-
sure there is creaps with voyeuristic queerness . in case you have any suspicion abut cams in the dressing room or toilets or in your bedroom you can buy portable detector that will show you the horror answer by flashing a red light on the detector ( no noise will hearing ). To be safe from that lousy horny eyes it will cost you about 62 bucks in any local spying shop.
-
Live cam in the toilet
-
Yes, I do. They have to be sure that costumers don't walk into their shop, take the clothes they like, and take away the evidence that you've just taken them.
