  • Privacy violations are privacy violations, no matter if you're boring or a party animal. This camera business may help crime, but I think most of us should (and do) know better than to think our privacy isn't being invaded at all times. Just look at the NSA wiretapping scandal.
  • i never really think about it. everywhere you go there are cameras so i am just used to seeing them around. the main thing is they can help to catch criminals who wouldnt get caught otherwise which as got to be a good thing.
  • Sometimes I think there are just too many around watching us. but, at the same time....I'm not doing anything wrong (and nothing that exciting...guess I'm boring, too! LOL!), so....I really having nothing to worry about.
  • Hi, i have no problem with the cctv cameras at all, if you have nothing to hide then there is no problem

  • Does it really matter, if you are not a Criminal or doing Criminal things?? If you are in the public, then everything is, hence, public. Even with your garage door open, and someone filming you inside, it is your expectancy of privacy is lifted. The person needs to keep a 'frame' around the garage area, and not zoom-in to the interior of the garage though.
  • People might complain, until they are assaulted and the act is caught on camera. Then, no complaints. Record away!!!!!!
  • I have no problem with cameras around the city but privately............I have a very very big problem. I do not like being recorded without my permission or knowledge and would go absolutely ballistic/postal if someone EVER did that to me. My privacy has been invaded way to much my entire life. I don't intend to live like that ever.
  • Yes, it bothers me. Frankly, I hate the statement, "If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to worry about." Does this mean that people would be willing to be strip-searched in public at the drop of a hat? Hey, if you have nothing to hide...
