I have always told my kids if they were ever arrested don't waste their one and only call to momma to get them out. The same would go for my friends, It is called tough love.
-
It would depend on the offense. If it were a minor thing I would try to bail them out.
-
Send him a Midnight Express DVD .
-
Visit.
-
it depends if they were guilty or not if guilty I would love and support them and visit them as often as I coulkd I would try my hardest also not to judge them for their actions If not guilty I would do all in my power to help prove their innocence and get them out legally of course lol
-
Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to do anything for them, because i would be in the cell with them!...'cause friends don't let friends...go to jail alone!....lol

My hubby went to jail for not visiting for his counselor session. He didn't even know he had a warrant. I bailed him out (before we were married). Funny part was, he didn't have the money to pay the counselor FOR the counseling session and that is why he couldn't go to them. Our system really screwed him over...and us at times quite frankly. It all started with a fight with his dad in which he called the cops and he got hauled off because he had less responsibilities than his dad. Really dumb.

Post bail and ask him why I wasn't invited to the party.
